This is my Second BMW that I bought from Open Road and in both cases it was Nitin who helped me through the process. My going back to him again and again is the excellent customer service I got. Buying a new car from Open Road BMW was a pleasant experience, no where close to previous dreadful encounters with car dealers. Very happy with my purchase. David was courteous, knowledgable. He was not pushy, tried to hear what I am looking for and gave me some options. I've been going to this dealership for the past 4 years with 2 cars, neither of which I bought from the dealership (both were cars purchased from family members.) I have been treated in such an outstanding with 2 cars, neither of which I bought from the dealership (both were cars purchased from family members.) I have been treated in such an outstanding manner each and every time I've been there that I felt compelled to seek out Mr. Rich Jakubowski, the general manager of the dealership, to let him know. He was very gracious, and it became apparent very, very quickly that the high service level is a tone that he sets from the top. No matter who I deal with, the people taking care of me go out of their way to help. It's refreshing to be treated as a valued customer, not just a source of revenue. I feel I receive great value from these guys; they don't fix things that don't need attention, and their pricing is very fair. Combine that with personal attention and great service and you have a winner. I highly recommend the dealership. More

The only words that can truly do justice to both open Road BMW in Edison and in particular the salesman we did business with, Mr. Hamada lmasry are, "Extream Excellence and perfection"! This dealer representative and the dealership too have shown a key emphasis in customer satisfaction!!! That is why, we visited recently when we were thinking of what to buy to replace our 2006 BMW 3 series CPO as the CPO warranty was going to expire next year in May and the car was going to need breaks both front and rear in 1300 and 2100 miles respectively, as well as 3 tires (one was recently changed due to a flat on side) within the next 6 months or so. So we came in to look and with the deal were given and the professionalism given to us by Hamada we just decided to buy now a 2008 3 series Certified BMW. Note this was the second time around for us with Open oad BMW of Edison and Mr Elmasry as he sold us our previous 2006 Certified BMW. This is our third BMW as we previously bought a new X3 from Princeton BMW. Open Road BMW is closer to our home in Monmouth Junction section of South Brunswick, than Princeton BMW's service location once they moved it off of Route 1, but the mail reason we did business with Open Road BMW is the quality sales associate and the care he offers us in the sales cycle. o keep up the great work r Elmasry and open Road and we will kep returning. We have our eyes on a 3 series coupe convertible for the next one we buy in about 2 to 2 1/2 years to replace this one we just took from you. Then if economy cooperates a 6 series for my wife would be just wonderful! More
