After researching for several hours I decided to choose Open Road BMW(Used BLDG) for a very specific car. Upon arrival , we noticed how nice it was to browse without being "harassed". Within 5 minutes the entire showroom was being re-arranged to take the car of my choosing out for a test ride. There was no question or explanations , simply "may I borrow your license?" . We took a no pressure ride around town, Alan was the greatest , he encouraged enjoying the car and seeing why it is the "ultimate" - truly fantastic!!! During the ride I told Alan I had seen the car advertised for a different price and this facility honored what was written. We had a deal! Next was Alex's turn , he worked incredible magic, it was amazing! He even went as far as giving me more in order to get me financed. Can you imagine???? He didn't give up until he achieved the impossible. Alex , went well above and beyond anything imaginable. I am grateful. To wrap it up, Kristen took me through the paperwork process, and it was actually painless. She was happy, sweet and a pleasure to deal with. She made the tedious part, enjoyable actually. Traveling from Tuckerton , NJ to Edison nearly 100 miles was the best decision I could have made. This dealership is unsurpassed. They were honorable, efficient, pleasant and beyond hardworking.
