Drew was friendly, knowledgable and fair. He answered all of my questions and even others that I should have been asking! I just bought my second car within 6 months from Drew. The sales experience on my recent 328i purchase was outstanding from start to finish. We went on two different test drives (convertible with automatic and then coupe with manual transmission) to make sure I'd like what I was ordering. In all, Marlen spent over three hours with me the day I went in to make my decisions. I never felt rushed or at all pressured. All my questions were answered and I left feeling good about the deal I'd made. In under six weeks, my car had been built, shipped and delivered (ahead of schedule). Marlen and Stephen were attentive to my questions throughout the process. And then, wonder of wonders, on the day we were to close the deal, Kristin and Marlen made me aware of brand new financing incentives that saved me additional money on the deal we'd previously negotiated (I took them up on that!). At delivery, Marlen spent all the time I needed to make sure I was completely satisfied when I drove off the lot. Overall, the customer service and overall buying experience were everything I think they ought to be. I'd recommend this dealership and purchase from them again.
