Open Road BMW

My previous review that should of been placed on this one was removed as I was contacted by Justin in a matter of minutes after I placed my bad review of the location in terms of Service. I had issues with my car which was coming from the rear wheel. I had some issues also with the advisers at the location but that was all fixed when Justin contacted me as he spoke with Jennifer who is the service manager and they worked a way to take me in the same day and get me a loaner as well. Met up with Justin at the location and he was extremely nice and sympathetic to my issues and what I had to deal with. Soon after I met with Jennifer and Ray who was the foreman. He came in the car for a drive around to find the issue and located it and the car was put in to get serviced. The whole thing was stress free and they were all extremely helpful and got me a loaner at a short notice. I changed my view of this location and will definitely continue my business with the dealership. On top of all this, Justin was the sales manager yet he still went through the trouble of helping me out with my service issues and was fully willing to help me best he could. A+ when I buy my next car soon I recommend him. More

We are so happy with Tony's service, He understands and took all the effort for us to get our new 5 series. He helped us from the beginning of the process till we get the car out of the door. My husband and I visited Open Road because we were originally thinking of purchasing an Audi and wanted to take a look at comparable BMW models. We truly were "just looking", as we were alm originally thinking of purchasing an Audi and wanted to take a look at comparable BMW models. We truly were "just looking", as we were almost positive at that point that we would end up buying an Audi. Enter Hazi Ayyash, and we soon realized that ( in our opinion) there really was no comparison. The first time we visited the showroom, Hazi highlighted all of the important information concerning the models we expressed an interest in and was happy to answer any questions we had (and some we didn't have but should have!) We didn't have time for any test drives that day but we came in for a second visit the following week and ended up driving out with the 550i. From start to finish, the whole process was really a pleasure, thanks to Hazi. He is fully knowledgable and professional, easy to talk to, and feels just as much a classy and stylish friend as he does a client advisor. Really! He truly went above and beyond, which made the buying experience that much more positive. He gave us a very fair and reasonable price quote upfront, thereby enabling us to avoid the often tiresome aspect of "going back and forth" with respect to price negotiation. It's nice to be given a fair price upfront and just call it a day. It also really fosters an atmosphere of trust and respect. One last but important piece of information- It is sometimes the unfortunate case that client specialists will not really speak to or address a woman as seriously as they would speak to a man during the buying process. Perhaps this is because women in general are just not as knowledgable when it comes to automobiles. While it is understandable from that point of view, it is still nice to be spoken to in a sincere and direct manner. Hazi addressed both my husband and I in an equally respectful manner, and was very thoughtful in addressing specific car features and options in consideration of my own potential needs or interests. (ex- the keyless entry option, which is great!) Overall, it was a fantastic buying experience and when we do eventually return for our second BMW, we will absolutely be going back to Hazi! More
