BEWARE of open road BMW in Edison NJ!!! A 2012 just out of my warranty went for a fan sensor and was told it was the water pump and an Oil leak from housing gasket. I question him because I A 2012 just out of my warranty went for a fan sensor and was told it was the water pump and an Oil leak from housing gasket. I question him because I was in disbelief but I took his word . How can a high-performance car that's only 4 years old give such problems so soon ? I was told it was going to take about five hours with the hourly cost being 156 .00 , and it only took them 3 1/2 hours to be done but he still charged for five hours because he stated that the 5 hours would be the estimated time it would take to finish the job. When I received the final bill I noticed that I was charged for 10 hours because there were two different parts being fixed meaning they charged the labor that was done for both parts . When I wanted to ask about my final bill my sales representative was gone for the day and no one knew how to read back the final bill to me and explain the charges that were done . Still trying to contact the advisor John ladany and the service manager James Crowe and I made numerous calls and left voicemails, and yet to receive a call back . You would think In such a high quality dealership that you would receive courtesy and be treated in a respectable manner but this place was far from that . The employees are all working together to benefit themselves rather then the paying customers. More

BMW didn't live up to its Name I am having the worst experience at BMW Edison dealership. I have been sold a sold car on the first day. I spent 3 hours and paid upfront money to lea I am having the worst experience at BMW Edison dealership. I have been sold a sold car on the first day. I spent 3 hours and paid upfront money to lease a car. I have been promised to get my car next day but I was told that it was a mistake that they sold a already sold car to me. They asked me to compromise on another car with different colors. I compromised on that as well but BMW failed to deliver me second car as well. I am still waiting for my car and there is no response from concerned authorities. It is really bad that a brand like BMW treat there customers so badly. Very disappointed 😞 More

Salesman (Charles) blamed everyone except himself. Why didn't he just honestly tell us they were very busy and it would take 2.5 hours to get in front of the finance guy...because he is disrespectful of his customers.
