We went over my likes and dislikes which soon all became likes and we found a car that was spot on with what I wanted and even better yet, reduced my monthly lease 20% from previous cost. And to my surprise form the 428i the 2019 430i xdrive coupe blew away my expectations with style, ride and comfort. So my hats off to Santiago and Tom for taking great care of me. Had a great experience with Hamada again after 10 years! NOT a paid or sponsored review: I went in to look at a Pre Owned 2016 BMW x5 and worked AMAZINGLY with Hamada Elmasry. Interestingly enough, I bought NOT a paid or sponsored review: I went in to look at a Pre Owned 2016 BMW x5 and worked AMAZINGLY with Hamada Elmasry. Interestingly enough, I bought a 2001 BMW 325Ci in 2009 and saw Hamada at that time. When we walked into the dealership, he actually remembered our faces and remembered the car that we dealt with. That made me feel really good that he wasn't just seeing us as $$ signs but instead as a customer who cares about their cars and wants to build a relationship with the person they are buying it from. He had the car pulled around to the front waiting for our arrival and treated us as his only customer that day. He took us for an extensive test drive, told us more details about the car and the carfax and warranty as we were driving and let us truly experience the car on the first drive. He let us stay outside and walk around the vehicle taking close pictures with it, trusting us with the keys as he went inside to print out documents. It felt very good to deal with him at that point because it felt as though he trusted us. We went inside and he was not trying to pressure us but instead just asked us about our expectations for the car and the price, and sat with us patiently as we discussed things like trade ins, pre inspections, extras or add ons that we didn't need and would be good opportunities to save us money, and other things that even we didn't think of. There were moments where we didn't talk about the car at all but instead just had conversations about our families, cultures, and he made a very nice no-pressure atmosphere. When we had come down to it, he gave us a very generous and fair offer for our trade in, agreed to help us on the price of a lot of 'unnecessary' add-ons, and also said that he would love to have the car detailed and brought up to show room quality before we drove it home. He said to come back in just a couple of days, bright and early, and we could begin all the formal paperwork and technical details. We came back in a couple days and he had all the paperwork and the car ready for us. It was beautifully detailed, inside and out, parked inside the building waiting for us as we arrived. He let us do a slow walk around the car to make sure it was up to par and when we sat down, he began to repeat the details of everything we talked about two days ago with care and certainty that we understood. We talked about extras of course such as extended warranty packages and maintenance packages and although at one point there was a little bit more pressure than we would have liked from another colleague of his who was brought in as one of the 'finance managers' trying to push us hard on a wheel and tire package, Hamada still kept his professionalism and composure. We were able to finish all the paperwork fairly, and Hamada was still able to be contacted for days and weeks even after we had driven the car off the lot. He gave me his personal number and allowed me to contact him even on his days off regarding the car, it's status, some questions we had on it, and the status of the plates. He was very inviting, easy to talk to and reach, and was prompt in his replies. All in all, we had a great experience at Open Road due to Hamada's professionalism and courtesy. He gave us a lot of things even though we were at times quite demanding. He was flexible and helped us at every opportunity that he got. I didn't feel pressured, I didn't feel as though we were just going to drive the car off the lot and then be abandoned if there were any issues, and I am so happy we came back to Open Road and Hamada for our second BMW purchase! I had a scheduled appointment for 12 pm, scheduled a loaner two weeks in advance. At 12:35 I was told it would take 1.5 hours to get my car in, there is no loaner, and they can give me a shuttle to work. Tatiana - a receptionist had an arrogant, dismissive attitude. It was really enough to throw in the towel on coming back. You just lost another customer. Stay away - INCREDIBLE WASTE OF TIME! More
