I have been a client of open road BMW in Edison for about 12 years now. I leased a 2019 X5 thru my sales advisor Nitin Kalamdani on January 2019. Nitin demonstrated excellent customer service. Even though I’ve had the previous X5 models, he insisted on having me test drive the latest one. We reviewed different options on the car while on the drive. I had questions regarding other options and he did not hesitate to have me drive the other model as well. Nitin made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed before sitting down and reaching a deal. Since the car was brand new he took his time to look up and discuss all options with me (eg. He made sure the tires selected were all season). He was very informative and patient throughout the process and that helped me make a final decision on what car and options to pick up. Nitin was very fair in negotiating a deal for the car. I was in and out that day with a brand new X5 within a few hours. He followed up with me as well over the next few weeks and addressed additional questions I had. I highly recommend Nitin Kalamdani as a sales advisor and someone who will make sure you drive the model that best fits you. (Also I do not remember the service representatives name but he helped me set up the phone and go over all the tech in the care before I drove off.
