Open Road BMW

This is my 4th BMW X3. I got the 1st two X3 in New York Bayside, it was terrible. Until I moved to NJ and started to realize there are better service out there. He worked out a good deal with me, I have never been happier with the new leased vehicle. Would recommend to my friends if they want a BMW! More

I went to Open Road BMW in Edison intent to purchase my first BMW - a 2017 X5. Once there, I was told to drive 3 miles south, make a U-turn to Mini Cooper Dealer where all CPO BMW were kept. Once there , s first BMW - a 2017 X5. Once there, I was told to drive 3 miles south, make a U-turn to Mini Cooper Dealer where all CPO BMW were kept. Once there , salesman drove me to another lot 1/2 mile away - so inconvenient and time consuming. The day, I picked up my car, had to wait 1 hr despite having a 12:30 pm to sign contract and financial papers . No car mats. Once requested, I had to put the car mats given MYSELF. No PERSONAL one hr orientation on the vehicle given unlike Ray Catena Dealership . Got home, only to find 2nd key remote not functioning and no NJ state inspection sticker ! More
