This is my 4th BMW from the Edison site and it has again been a remarkable experience. The thoroughness of BMW options and information shared by Nitin was iimpressive, leaving me with very few questions to be raised. The swiftness of his finding me the EXACT car(s) I was looking for was equally impressive with the ease of completing the leasing transactio. The service department at Open Road BMW is horrible and has been for many years. I’ve only gone to them when I’ve had to (warranty) and won’t even do that going forward (I’ll drive a lot further). The hold message talks about 5 star service and exceeding expectations, but they are the exact opposite. They over promise, under deliver, and provide incredibly poor service. My most recent example was this week when I scheduled an appointment to drop off my car Tuesday morning, explained over the phone why I was bringing it in for two issues, completed the drop off envelope repeating my reasons for bringing the car in, and then got a call Wednesday morning asking what was wrong with the car. No call back on Wednesday, and multiple calls from me to follow up. On Thursday, I was told that they couldn’t figure out either problem although they acknowledged that there was a problem. So 3 days after my appointment date, I got the car back with nothing solved. More
