After many calls to the service dept no clear answers are given. At this point i have made 4 payments on a vehicle i haven't seen. I do not think this is the way a service team should be run or a customer should be treated! I know there is a lot going on in the world now but 5 months ago there was not. I do not know what my options are for my family and vehicle. I can only hope this does not happen often at this dealership. More

For the last two weeks, I have been calling them more than 20 times, trying to find out what is going on, the sale guys left the company, and the people at the financial department who sent me the paperwork, and the two sales managers never picked up the phone and never replied my voicemail. (one sales manager did take my phone call once and told me he would call me back on that day, and he did not and after that all the call went directly to his VM). More
