I had the worst experience at the service department in 50 years of owning vehicles. The service rep did not respond to two texts and an email, the car was kept for three days for routine service and they 50 years of owning vehicles. By far the worse service I have ever experienced in my life. They do not call you back with updates, avoid your phone calls, and must have rookies as technicians since it takes them a week to check out a life. Bmw would never do this to you therefore I am never getting another Audi again thanks to these guys. More
Terrible service from “service advisor” Kevin Nagle. From the beginning he had a rude and negative attitude which lasted all the experience that day. He also wanted me to spend $400+ for a tire that my tire the beginning he had a rude and negative attitude which lasted all the experience that day. He also wanted me to spend $400+ for a tire that my tire warranty company would covered anyway. The only reason it did is because I had to call them directly and sort things out myself. If it were for him he wouldn’t have cared if I had to pay that extra $400 or not but he was proven wrong by the warranty company which ended up paying for that tire. I don’t know how this guy still has a job there. Completely unprofessional, with a sense of entitlement and extremely rude. Btw, he never apologized once for his terrible behavior. The assistant service manager took over and “saved the day” at the end but the damaged was already done. If you have to take your Audi for service at this location please avoid Kevin Nagle as your service advisor at all costs, you will thank me for that. Unfortunately Kevin’s behavior doesn’t only reflect bad on himself but on Audi of Manhattan by association. More

Took my car for annual inspection. Notice wrong mileage on invoice. I use kms for odometer. Audi Manhattan uploaded kms as miles resulting in over counting actual mileage of my car by 60%.... requested to on invoice. I use kms for odometer. They highly recommend rotation and alignment of the tires. $650+tax of labor to “extend the life” of tires that cost about as much. This is a service that a normal technician would do in an hour.
