HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS DEALERSHIP! Idk why some people had a negative experience, but Elvis De Leon the sales person was EXTREMELY upfront with the entire process! We worked with Felipe Miguel as the finance manager and those people were incredibly professional, upfront, and worked magic with me. I am not buying a vehicle from any other dealership EVER while their professionalism shows this much. They answered every question, went thru the contract and charges one by one answering ALL my questions with a very friendly demeanor, and they get you in and out in a pretty descent time compared to other dealerships. Lastly, listen to their suggestions on the EasyCare package fam, it covers from tires to dents to paint chips, etc. I HIGHLY recommend this dealership, especially Elvis De Leon as the sales person, and ask to work with Felipe Miguel as your finance manager. I specifically told them I do not want my credit ran through none other than American Honda Finance and they proceeded to run my credit through Bank of America, Ally Financial (Twice), Capital One, Wells Fargo. Again, this was done without my permission or authority, that many hard inquiries is a red flag that further makes obtaining a loan harder due to the speed and amount of occurences. This further traps you into a high interest loan where they make 3-5K more per vehicle at your expense. STAY AWAY!!! The sales manager Pedro refuses to rectify the situation and puts me on hold when I call to get their help. If they don't help me with a letter, Imagine if they'll help you with something wrong with your car. They are the worst, most corrupt and evil Acura dealership in the tri-state area and I will warn you. Avoid the headaches, the fraud and the hard inquiries and go elsewhere. You've been warned. More

If I could give a zero, I would. I bought a brand new Acura ILX through Open Road Acura in Wayne in 2021, and from the get-go, I was treated poorly. After purchasing the vehicle, I d I bought a brand new Acura ILX through Open Road Acura in Wayne in 2021, and from the get-go, I was treated poorly. After purchasing the vehicle, I drove off the lot and immediately got a flat tire from a nail that was left in the parking lot. Since the car was "driven off the lot" I was responsible to buy a new tire without any type of help from the dealership. They were extremely rude to me and couldn't offer any help. I ended up buying a used tire for a discounted price because I just put $7,000 down on this car. In present time, I decided to sell the car back to Acura to save money, and was offered a fair price. They explained that in 10 business days I would receive my check for the money I was getting back from the car, and I am now on the 12th business day with no check. I have called three times, with the same "let me ask and I will call you back" nonsense with no calls back. Since then, they have SOLD the car and I still have not received my check. UPDATE: I went in to pick up my check from a woman, and when I arrived a man told me that she had left for the day. I explained that I wasn't leaving without my check (and ez pass I left in my car). The man who sold me the car told me that my ez pass was never in the car. A minute later, ANOTHER woman comes out with MY CHECK AND MY EZ PASS. SO unprofessional and disorganized. I am EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this dealership and they have not only turned me off from their business, but also Acuras all together. Side bar: I tried to post this on their Google page and its magically getting deleted..seems suspicious why they have a 4.8 rating. More
Yes the process is very fast and everyone is really helpful but.. I bought my car April 2022 , it was a used car, December 2022 my car started to give me problems with the battery. My mechanic checked the battery and it had a 100 months warranty ( from acura) and it was changed 2/2022. After calling they said they couldn’t replace it , since they made me a favor by changing the old battery to this new one? A crappy one? Well thanks! How are you guys buying bad batteries for your dealership without any warranties ? Anywhere you’d go batteries have at least 1 year of warranties. And then not replacing them ?? Thanks ! More
Open Road Acura does not meet what it offers, my temporary license plates expired on December 11, 2022.
