Customer service and overall experience was positive until after I bought the car. That's when promises were made and calls were not returned - not once or twice but three times. Three times he never called with a response after promising he would. I could only arrive at the conclusion that once I had put my money down, they did not care at all about customer service...I was off their plate and on to the next sell. More

We contacted the dealer saturday referecing a car they had online. I spoke to one genetleman, Eli Raam, who said the car was being shown and probably sold. We signed a buyers order, a retail contract stating our intent to buy. We were not contacted from the dealer again, We did add the vehicle to our insurance policy. The dealer had someone willing to finance through the dealership on tuesday who wanted that car, so the spot delievered our car, the we agreed to purchase and had insured. This is not acceptable. While in the dealership we were given bad infomation about the lead status, through the online referral program we came to the dealer through. More
