Never had a bad experience I came to Olathe Ford for all of my auto service and car parts after having a bad experience at another Ford dealer. Long story short, I went to the o I came to Olathe Ford for all of my auto service and car parts after having a bad experience at another Ford dealer. Long story short, I went to the other dealer looking to purchase some parts to upgrade my F-150. I caught the dealership lying to me and left. As I was driving hone I stopped at Olathe Ford and spoke with their parts department. They spent 15 minutes researching parts with me, explained that I couldn’t do what I wanted without spending a ridiculous amount of money and time and that there were less expensive alternatives. I walked out of there that day without the part I went in for but also walked out knowing that I would always go back there. So far I have not been let down! More

Great service! I went in hoping for a quick oil change but Mr Eckert told me it may be a two hour wait. He suggested I come back around 4:00.
