Professional is a good word for this Ford dealer! We had come to the point to buy a new car from a Ford dealer and we went to Olathe Ford. We had a trade in and even that started just the way we wante We had come to the point to buy a new car from a Ford dealer and we went to Olathe Ford. We had a trade in and even that started just the way we wanted. They came to us, we didn’t have to chase them or wait on them. They had a great number of cars for us to pick on and we found the one we wanted immediately. They showed us the care and what it can do personally. We then began talking costs as this is important in any larger sales. We were brought to the office to discuss and later to look at the cars they had. They did not tell us to go look, they walked us through the Fords to allow us the make the decision and they stayed with us. Lots of other car dealers just let you wander until THEY get ready. So after quickly finding the car of our dreams, the sales person stayed with us so that we understood the car and it’s prices. I would recommend you give them a try, you won’t forget them. My wife found “the red rider” and that was a beautiful 2019 Ford Edge Titanium! It was heaven from then on. GO THERE, YOU WON’T be sorry. More
