Oil change Scheduled on line in response to an email they sent. Made the appointment for two days later but never received the follow-up confirmation as promised Scheduled on line in response to an email they sent. Never happened. Next appointment for an oil change was a week out. Ended up going through the Quick Lane. Was in and out in an hour so not a bad ending. More
