Not the excellent service I expected. I had called on Tuesday, spoke with Brook to verify that the "Works" service includes an oil change, tire rotation, check and fill fluids, check air I had called on Tuesday, spoke with Brook to verify that the "Works" service includes an oil change, tire rotation, check and fill fluids, check air cleaner, and cover resetting the "battery maintenance needed" light. I also asked about repairing a tire. She said yes, they can complete all the requested service. I told Brook that I had it looked by a tire dealer and was told the valve core was bad. It still leaked. I asked Broke to have the tech take the tire off the rim and inspect the tire more closely as I'm leaving town and want the issue corrected.. Tech did not do as requested. Tire is still leaking. Per the "Works, the tech would check the air filter. No one checked it. The airbox was covered in dust and no fingerprint.. It was obvious no one had checked it.I'll bring it in Monday so you can see. I was there 2.5 hours. I had to to ask another service advisor what was going on with my truck as Brooke never updated me. I thought the fastlane was 1 hour service? I have to come back Monday at 9am to the can troubleshoot the light issue. (which was the main reason I took it there) I was told it's 800 miles over the factory warranty so I will have to pay either $100 which is my deductible, or $135 if the find no problem. I hope to speak to the Service Manager Monday morning 9am regarding these issues.. More

Great service I took my Explorer to Olathe Ford after 3:00 P.M.with no appointment. I needed an oil change and had nails in two tires that needed to be removed and I took my Explorer to Olathe Ford after 3:00 P.M.with no appointment.
