Pretty good experience overall. I was in and out fairly quickly. The only slight complaint is I was told my rear lug nuts were swollen. I know this is a common problem with newer Fords (we previously own quickly. The only slight complaint is I was told my rear lug nuts were swollen. I know this is a common problem with newer Fords (we previously owned a Fusion with the same problem). I was told that in order to do the tire rotation the lug nuts would need to be replaced for $120. If the OEM lug nuts that are on my vehicle are bad after 4 years, why would I replace them with the exact lug nuts that will probably have the same defect? I had both the back wheels off recently after purchasing this vehicle to clean and polish them myself and had no issues getting them on or off. I am planning on replacing the lug nuts and will be bringing my car back in for service when it's needed. No hard feelings, I would have thought Ford would have realized there is a problem with the lug nuts by now and at least offered different replacement lug nuts at this point. More
