We get a text as we are exiting the turnpike at Emporia someone sold the truck again xxx don’t you know what SOLD means…needless to say Talk about pure B.S. man is he pissed and so am I… bad thing about it he has been looking for months and it was exactly what he wanted all options and color.. shaking my head xxxx who does Business like that crap anymore??? I guess you all do… Sorry don’t go very far when your out time and money xxxx guys fix your problems <<—-they act like a typical tote the note lot definitely not a professional Ford dealer they should have their dealer license pulled… More

I made an appointment and told them I was waiting and I had to wait 1 1/2 hours!
