Great Service! Brian went out of his way in finding my car; he even came in on his day off! I was at another Ford dealership and was not getting good service. This o Brian went out of his way in finding my car; he even came in on his day off! I was at another Ford dealership and was not getting good service. This other dealership they sold the car that I said I was going to buy when I got after work to someone else. My son went to Olathe Ford to talk to Brian about maybe purchasing a 2017 Ford Explorer(which he ended up buying) and told me I should talk to Brian. Brian had sold my son his first car(Ford Fiesta) when he got out of college. I remembered how nice Brian was to my son and thought I would ask him about finding me a Ford Escape. Brain was able to find the car with all of my specifications and have it at the dealership the very next day! It was a wonderful experience thanks to Brian!!! More
