Purchase and Service We have a 2016 Ford and a 2016 Lincoln from Olathe Ford Lincoln. From purchase to service everyone is very knowledgable and provides great service. We have a 2016 Ford and a 2016 Lincoln from Olathe Ford Lincoln. From purchase to service everyone is very knowledgable and provides great service. They found the Lincoln with all the options and color we wanted in Washington State, it was the only one optioned like we wanted in the US. We worked out a deal and they flew a driver out and got it for us PDQ. The Ford was in house. Since then dealing with Steve (Ford) and Mike (Lincoln) for service has been great. The reason I rated price as average, we are retired and everything costs much more than an old timer thinks it should. BA More
