I cant say enough about Jim. He patiently answered all my questions, helped me sync my phone to my car, set the code to the one that I wanted and made sure I understood the cars features. I also had a limited amount of time to complete the paperwork due to work demands and Jim and Matt S. went above and beyond to make sure that we had everything signed and taken care of in even less time! Matt also was very patient and answered all my finance questions. I am so happy with my new car and even happier with the treatment I got at Olathe Ford. Exceptional service and customer satisfaction This morning I came in for routine maintenance for my 2014 Mustang. I was greeted by Jason Moss who wrote up my order and patiently answered a couple This morning I came in for routine maintenance for my 2014 Mustang. I was greeted by Jason Moss who wrote up my order and patiently answered a couple question I had. The work was completed within about an hour and then Jason came into the customer lounge, where I was waiting, to explain what had been done to my car and what the overall diagnosis was. Jason obviously aimed for customer satisfaction and I appreciate his professionalism and friendliness. I have been to the service department several times since I bought my car from you and every time I have been treated with utmost courtesy and eager-to-please service managers. It would be easier for me to take my car to an auto repair shop closer to my home but I feel driving the 10+ miles to Olathe Ford is worth the time because of the wonderful service I get from you. I went in for an oil change and a tire rotation. Had my first oil change and tire rotation on my new Navigator.
