Fabulous! On Easter Sunday, 200 miles from home, we had car trouble while in Olathe. We had planned to return home late that evening so hadn't brought our medic On Easter Sunday, 200 miles from home, we had car trouble while in Olathe. We had planned to return home late that evening so hadn't brought our medicine nor change of clothes. Our son called the Olathe Ford dealer personally the following morning and explained our situation. He immediately had us bring the car to the dealership and provided us with a loaner vehicle so we could return home. After tech diagnosed and fixed the problem in a timely fashion we were able to return home in our own vehicle shortly after lunch. Very accommodating and caring dealership!! More

Major Engine Repair and more I recently bought a used 2016 Explorer form another dealer only because I wanted specific features that were difficult to find together. First issue I recently bought a used 2016 Explorer form another dealer only because I wanted specific features that were difficult to find together. First issue I had was that seat belt light came on and I brought in to have a repair done that went fine. Then, not two weeks after the rear heated seats and engine light came on (I don't think it was related to the previous repair). Turns out the tech found metal fragments in engine and a new engine was needed. I really appreciate the honesty in diagnosing a repair of that magnitude for a car I did not buy at your dealership! I have now put over 2000 miles on the engine and runs perfect and hoping I have no new issues. I would like to give Jason Moss kudos! He did a great job keeping me updated throughout the process and made a very inconvenient situation a tolerable experience! More
