I walked in and asked to talk to someone about buying a used truck. The manager then “turned me over” to his salesman that had only been there a few months and it was obvious. I get that if you’re new you are still building your knowledge base, but he basically couldn’t answer a question unless he read word for word from the sticker or from his computer screen. I asked him when they were expecting the new Ranger, he had no idea and then stated, it should be out by the end of 2019- every article I read said January or end of 1st qtr at the latest. He was a nice guy and I’m sure with the proper training could do a good job, he just wasn’t able to help me. I then went to the service department. The two ladies behind the desk that schedule service appointments frankly weren’t very good. One of them was also a new employee and was apologizing for the time it was taking because she was still learning the system. While the experienced employee just sat and watched without helping the new employee. Needless to say this was a very frustrating and lengthy process just to get service scheduled. Seems like they must have a lot of employee turnover. Personally I’ll drive a little farther to work with a more professional and organized dealer. More

Bad Battery Got a new battery and the service was excellent. Got a Continental to use while my MKX was being serviced............Should have put Air Bags for sus Got a new battery and the service was excellent. Hassle free lease I was underwater with the Lincoln I purchased in 2015, in that I owed more than it was worth. I always enjoy visiting with Mario, and in the summer I I was underwater with the Lincoln I purchased in 2015, in that I owed more than it was worth. I always enjoy visiting with Mario, and in the summer I spoke with him about my situation, and he presented various options. In early fall, he ordered a new MKZ Hybrid replacement, with everything, and I mean everything I had wanted on it. This was done without any commitment, that if for whatever reason I chose not to take it, he would simply add it to his inventory. With a high depreciation rate for this vehicle, I chose to lease. In wanting to obtain as good a lease as was presented online, Matt spent nearly an hour with me before the vehicle ever arrived, going over the lease and how I was getting the same deal as online. He also was very thorough on the day of possession as to what my best options were, and very helpful subsequently via emails about the lease agreement paperwork. Craig went over all the new niceties of the vehicle on the day of possession, along with answering all of our concerns. A few days later, he immediately was there to swap out one item and acquire another. And each and every time I visited Olathe Lincoln, the first person greeting me with her friendly smile was Kim. All in all these people made the experience very enjoyable. More
