Communication was not great. We made an “appointment” online to bring my car in the next day to be looked at for engine issues. Not sure what the actual appointment part was for. It took 6 days before we heard anything about a diagnosis. No text, call or anything. Then my husband got the estimate. (That’s a whole other story, but whatever) we were told it would take about a week to fix. This was on a Monday. So, I extended my car rental for another week. Two days later, the car was done. It would have been good to get an accurate time estimate and have had clear communication. More

Took 3 weeks to get my car back I had the firmware updated on the diesel TDI now my remote start doesn't work Also had radiator flush ended up the light coming on the way home had to go to a Walmart a updated on the diesel TDI now my remote start doesn't work Also had radiator flush ended up the light coming on the way home had to go to a Walmart and buy a gallon of red antifreeze to put in it very disappointed and my battery cover was not reinstalled More

Unable to rate service (car was not repairable). Diagnostics took around two weeks, although I dropped off my car without scheduling an appointment first.
