Never again! Not this place. I brought my car in for sunroof repair and an oil change. I got an email the next day with six upcharges, "Required attention" for "r Not this place. I brought my car in for sunroof repair and an oil change. I got an email the next day with six upcharges, "Required attention" for "recommended services" my car "needed". Two of the items I'd done myself recently. Another one "Strut leaking oil", I had my regular mechanic look at. He called xx and said there was no problem with the strut. I called daily for updates with no answer. Finally someone called me five full business days later and said they were ready to start on the sunroof estimate. It took five days to do nothing! OKC VW did NOTHING but try to upsell me on bogus repairs. I picked it up the next day. They didn't even do the oil change! I paid $60 for Uber rides, missed four hours of work, all so OKC VW could try to upsell me on bogus services. Rocky wouldn't even come out to see me when I picked up the car. One word defines this dealership: GREED! It's hard to fairly rate Rocky since he's just a pawn in a system designed to rip off people who aren't familiar with car maintenance and repair. More
