Communication was not provided on this specific instance until I came back into the office and complained. I was then told along the lines of “yeahh, we knew we would not be able to fix that” - if that is clear communication you all need a refresher in customer service! Thank you! Also when I bought the vehicle you all had cleared a tire pressure code that required me to immediately turn around and be placed into a loaner car for 3 days - which the sales manager was extremely rude about providing.
