Had my VW Passat there for repairs. For some reason, the windows were down and rain damaged the interior carpeting and flooring, as well as the gas cap was missing when I picked it up For some reason, the windows were down and rain damaged the interior carpeting and flooring, as well as the gas cap was missing when I picked it up and water had gotten into the tank, which rusted/damaged the fuel pump and introducing debris into the fuel line and injectors. Car broke down on the way to Tulsa, and I had to get it towed to the Tulsa VW dealership where they found the damage to the fuel tank, line, and injectors. Have spoken to multiple managers at OKC VW and nobody is willing to provide any real assistance in rectifying the damage to the interior of my car. Someone in their service department made a mistake on my vehicle. Mistakes happen, but the lack of professionalism and accountability is what has me upset with how this situation was dealt. Will be going to attorneys or 4 your corner at KFOR. More

For what was done, I give 5 stars. As my 1st new car, fresh off the showroom floor, I anticipated being treated like a new car customer, being that I have sold new cars myself. Came in for my first oil change and there was snow on the ground, cold outside. I asked for a car to go grab a bite while I wait and I was told I could just walk to a nearby place. I have been having issues with remote start, I brought that up at the time and no resolution other than showing me they know how to use the feature. Also, a cabin light has not been working for a couple months and to be a new car, VERY DISAPPOINTING. But the kicker is you want to keep my vehicle for 4-5 days and never mentioned a loaner for me. I AM NOT IMPRESSED YET... WHEN DO I GET TO FEEL LIKE I PURCHASED A BRAND NEW VEHICLE OFF THE SHOWROOM FLOOR? My boy Mario has been wonderful and I am sure if I would've mentioned this stuff to Brian (in service), he would've got me right. I wanted to give who was helping me a chance to get it right the 1st service visit. More
