Update as of 10/5/2023: my wife spoke to the finance manager as we are looking to get updates on where our refund is at and we were told 8-12 weeks. Keep in mind we purchased on 8/12. The issue that I have with this experience is the lack of communication and response rate. We have sent emails with no responses and now it feels like we are just getting the runaround. If your not constantly calling then you won’t get a call back.
