Took a while to get my oil changed even with an appointment, feel like the guy at the counter got my keys and forgot to tell me it was ready to go, so spent a bit more extra time waiting. My repairs remain incomplete because of “supply chain” problems. Matt has not kept in touch with me on this issue. He was poor at returning my calls when I would leave a message or a voicemail. He kept my 2014 Beetle for 9 days till I called to pick it up, unrepaired, because he was waiting on a part. We are still waiting for that part although the other repairs are complete. Matt is pleasant in person, but keeping in touch with a customer who calls and leaves messages is important. I have dealt with this dealer since 2007 and this is my first disappointment. More
