The Service Manager contacted me quickly for the issue, I have been traveling extensively in the past a couple months outside OKC, I did find a time talked to him briefly during the trip, he sincerely explained the issue and offered solutions when I am back to town, appreciate his response and help, I am just back to OKC and will visit the dealer to discuss and close the issue, will provide further updates.
