I had lost faith in dealerships and their employees, until I met Christian. I may not be the easiest customer, due to my past experiences from another dealership but Christian took the tim to explain ev until I met Christian. They did not discuss different trim levels of a Sportage and I ended up with a model I am greatly dissatisfied with. It could have been a completely different experience if I were presented with each of the Sportage options, instead of "This is a nice model with lots of options" I truly resent Oakes Kia for ruining my one-time new car buying experience. Once I realized the car did not have the options I wanted, I tried to immediately trade up and pay the difference of $3700 to buy the model I, since then, learned was exactly what I wanted. They wanted an additional $9000 and a car I just drove off the lot to trade for the model that was $3700 more. More
