I still got a very competitive rate (again, in my budget). Overall the experience was enjoyable, though it took about 2.5 to 3 hours to complete the transaction, maybe this is average but as i had my 4 year old with me, it was a trying time to say the least. Lastly, Mitch was very understanding when my son spilled a whole bag of popcorn on his office floor. I appreciated that. More
