I always seem to get the 'new guy' sales person, but that just means he's eager to assist. It took some negotiating to get the monthly payment that I wanted on my lease, but was able to leave the same day in a new car. Hondas are built well so I haven't had much need of the service department, but they've always been quick with a tune-up in the past. I'll go back in a few years for another car. More

The salesman wanted me to spend an arm and a leg on a base model. He was also very aggressive and manipulative. After a week of hunting, I was already disheartened with the car buying experience. Luckily, when I contacted O'Neill Honda, my inquiry was assigned to Adam. He not only picked me up at my job but he also let me put my bike in the car! The whole experience was awesome.
