Worst car buying experience. Negotiated and agreed on the exact vehicle we want and come back following more to sign papers. We sign only to be revealed that the vehicle sold was NOT the one we chose but a dif one with mileage they wanted to get off the lot. Terrible dealer

Horrible experience of the old bait and switch give a written estimate make a deal keep you in dealership for 45 minutes and have no clue what to do. Ninety years in business and claim they don’t rip people off. Made a mistake own up to it. Do not use ONeill Honda
