I did know exactly what I wanted and what I would not accept so that helped as I made my rounds of all the Honda dealerships for my comparison shopping. I found Ken Corker at O'Donnell to be very helpful and not at all the stereotype of a car salesman that haunts most new car buyers' dreams. Ken was informative but not pushy about options and made sure to locate the exact car that I described. He drove to another dealership in Western MD to get it for me and even delivered it to me on the Eastern Shore. Most importantly, the deal that we had discussed through e-mail did not change once I appeared at the dealership, ready to buy. There were no hidden fees and no last minute changes. The only reason I did not give the price a "Great" score is that I don't know for sure what a "great" price is. I was satisfied with the deal I got and so far, I love the car. I just hope it gives me another 13 1/2 years of driving pleasure. I highly recommend Ken Corker and O'Donnell Honda. More

There was no hard sell, just a laid back atmosphere that allowed the sale to get done in under 2 hours. Mike was ready for me when I arrived and took his time to explain each step of the procedure. All the staff was very professional. This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had. After having a horrible experience at another Honda dealership I found O'Donnell Honda had the car I was looking for. With a few emails I was given a quote for the car and the options we desired. The transaction at the dealership was straight forward without any sales pressure for unwanted options or additional warranties. The transaction took less than an hour. Since some of the options that we wanted had to be ordered we were not able to drive off with the car that day. I was buying the car for my daughter and wanted her on the title so we came back the next day for her to sign some papers. Mike was at lunch at the time but instead of having us wait for Mike to return without our asking another sales associate stepped right up to take care of this task.We were back on the road within 15 minutes. The car was to be ready the following Thursday (some door trim was due in Thursday morning). While heading up Thursday morning to pickup the car Mike tried to both call and email me to let me know that the trim that arrived was the wrong color. My blackberry was put away so I didn't get the messages until we arrived at the dealership. Mike apologized for the shipping mix up but offered to drop off the car the next day. We happily accepted. Friday morning Mike arrived with the car at the house. The real test of a good dealership is not how well they handle an easy transaction. All dealerships should be able to do that (though an amazing amount can't). No, the real test is how they handle the little things that pop up. O'Donnell stepped right up when our sales associated was out and when the part was delayed they took the extra step to deliver our car to our home. We feel O'Donnell treated us with respect for us and our time. I have never had a better experience in purchasing a car. We will back for the next Honda we purchase. More

Almost all of them tried selling me a vehicle they did not have on the lot and could not give me a timeframe for when they could actually get the vehicle I wanted. Bowie of Honda was the highest priced, and they were extremely pushy. They were so pushy that it was not pleasant interacting with them. I had spoken with several individuals over that two week period. Now, for O'Donnell Honda. I called the Dealership and with no negiation on my part, Terry gave me the lowest price on the vehicle that I had received from any other dealership. And lets keep in mind that I had been haggling with some of the dealers for about a week and a half. Terry was extremely accommodating. He was extremely friendly and straight-forward. He had the car I wanted and the paperwork process was extremely fast. He was never pushy about any item we discussed and thoroughly explained all of the options and paperwork.
