Terry was a no pressure sales person who made us feel comfortable from the very start. We had a wonderful experience at O'Donnell. The process was so easy and painless. Rarely can you say that about buying a new car! Christine was aggressive from the get-go with pricing. There wasn't a lot of haggling back and forth or any high pressure sales. Mike was easy to work with as well. No pressure what so ever!! We have been clients of O'Donnell for the last 16 years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future. More
My salesperson, Terry Askin, made the my purchase of a new 2012 Honda Pilot Touring hassle free and very confortable from being to end. He went the extra mile searching at other dealerships for the color that I originally wanted and finding one but when I saw the silver that he had just gotten in, I decided on that one. The price was great and I felt like I was getting a fair deal. He was very professional and I felt very trustworthy. Terry came and picked me and took me to ODonnell on the day that I took delivery. He explained everything about the workings of the Pilot and told me to call him if ever a need. "Going Over and Beyond" that is what I will remember about Terry Askin at ODonnell Honda, Ellicott City, Maryland. More

Steve and Jeff are extremely unprofessional and lack customer service skills. I am disappointed with the service and customer service provided by the Ellicott City location. I recently moved to the customer service skills. I am disappointed with the service and customer service provided by the Ellicott City location. I recently moved to the area and found the location to be quite convenient to my new job. After several visits, I realized that no one was informing me of critical services due at certain mileage. I went in for service on Black Friday and expressed my concern that I had lost confidence and trust in the service department to inform me of everything I needed to have done to make sure I was safe on the road with my car. Melanie Maier had been my service advisor and had not done a thorough job in letting me know about my 60k miles service - at that point, I was already at 68k miles. That day, Steve Larkins took over and I got my oil changed. Knowing my concern about not being told about the 60k mile service, he informed me of all the things I needed to have done. I also found out that all four of my tires needed to be replaced. It's been about two weeks and I started to notice a chalky water stain left on my car when I use the windshield wipers. The chalky stain was on my windshield, roof, back window, trunk, sides of my car and hood of my car. I contacted the dealership and was told to bring it in for inspection. The service advisor Steve Larkins and the assistant manager Jeff Brown inspected my car and told me that it wasn't their windshield wiper fluid that was causing the stains all over my car. They drained out some of the washer fluid into water bottle for inspection. Amazingly, they didn't even replace the fluid they took out. The assistant manager Jeff Brown abruptly walked off. I asked Steve Larkins about the next steps and he again told me it wasn't from the washer fluid. He told me that he was going to give me my keys and I could just leave and not come back there for service. I stood there in complete shock. I contacted the service manager Jerry Furr and told him that I was still at the dealership and he told me he would call me tomorrow. The general manager was not available, but I do plan to follow up with him. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism and service. No one offered even to say, okay, we'll replace the washer fluid since you suspect it is causing the stains on your car and come back in a week, if the stains are still there, then we can rule out that it's not the washer fluid. But if there is no more stains after we change the washer fluid, then we can say that it probably was the washer fluid. I have never experienced anything like this in my life. If you go to the doctor for a check-up and you happen to be age 50, your doctor would mention that you are due for a prostate exam. He wouldn't write it down on a piece of paper and expect you to read it when you get home. There is a conversation that takes place. If you're a woman at age 40, you might be told about getting a mammogram. This is what I expect when I bring my car into a Honda dealership for service. You read my mileage and tell me what service is needed at that time. I should be kept informed if there are hazards on my car - I have no idea how long I had been driving around on well worn tires. The winter is coming up. Snow and ice. I would never go there again nor recommend them to anyone. Customers may not always be right, but they deserve respect. More

Buying from O'Donnell Honda was a pleasant and painless experience. I contacted their internet sales group by email to request a quote on a specific vehicle. I got a response in less than 30 minutes and it was the best price in the area. Several days later, we changed to another trim, got a new quote, and then "reserved" the car over the phone. The following weekend, I drove up to complete the purchase. Price was important, but equally so was how responsive they were to all of my emails. I plan to return when we buy our next car. More
I was completely pleased with my experience at O'Donnell Honda. The staff was professional and courteous. I was actually at ease! I did not feel pressured at all while at the dealership. I was given plenty Honda. The staff was professional and courteous. I was actually at ease! I did not feel pressured at all while at the dealership. I was given plenty of help making my decision, but also the space and time I needed to feel comfortable with it. I thought I was getting myself into a long drawn out process where I would have to go back and forth to dealers for weeks looking for the best car and best deal, but I was able to do it in one afternoon with Sayed and I have no regrets (except the stop I made at a competitor down the road). Our last two vehicles were purchased through an Auto Buying Service and Carmax, places that we dealt with only the sales person and the price was the lowest and non-negotiable, which meant no hassle for Buying Service and Carmax, places that we dealt with only the sales person and the price was the lowest and non-negotiable, which meant no hassle for us, shorter visit and less stress. Also, after researching different cars on different web sites, we were pretty decided on the Honda CRV and what a good price would be. The closest dealer to us was O'Donnell Honda in Ellicott City and we just stopped there after shopping on a Sunday to see what they had. That is when we met Sayed Tagoe, our salesman, looked at different models of the CRV and their prices and ended up taking one we really liked for a test drive. We told Sayed of our wish to get the lowest possible price from his manager and we would go home and think about it. This he did and said the price was good for 24 hours and wrote it down on his card as the sale was ending the next day at 9 PM, last day of the month. We went home, found another web site and saw what I thought was a lower price at a dealer further away. The next day we went back to O'Donnell and I showed them what price I had found, which after seeing all their figures, including tax, registration, etc., actually turned out being quite a bit lower than the other internet price. We were not pressured, but treated very professionally and courteously, and left about an hour later with our new car. We love it and would definitely recommend anyone interested in a new Honda to see Sayed Tagoe at O'Donnell Honda on Baltimore National Pike in Ellicott City! More
