I had a wonderful experience at O'Donnell, and they are only ones that don't constantly spam my email like other places. In the time before purchasing, Stanley kept me updated on the current status of the car and notified me the moment when the car had arrived at the dealership. On the day of purchase, he was well prepared with all the documents to sign and explained everything thoroughly. He gave a tour of the car explaining the different features that came with the specific trim, and answered any questions. All the staff there are very friendly and understanding as you do not feel rushed in making a decision and have time to think about it. Even during the signing process, I did not feel rushed throughout the whole experience. The financing process was also straightforward and well explained too. After getting the keys, I left feeling good about my experience and choice in working with O'Donnell over other places.
