We bought new Michelin tires in 2019 . .. hardly drove during the COVID Pandemic ... dealer service center told us in Dec 2023 we needed brand new tires costing $1,000. We balked because we knew we had plenty of tread on the tires. A month later we went to an independent car service business and they told us we still had about 1/2 of our tread left on our tires. We'd be very cautious to accept any service recommendations from this dealership, unless you want to be screwed out of your money. More

I bought a used 2022 civic And the salesman had no personality. And didn’t inform me of anything that was going on in the process. He walked out drove the car away and came back without saying a word personality. And didn’t inform me of anything that was going on in the process. While I was in there another used car salesman mark sweeney was on his computer looking at naked and half naked girls on his computer with my wife and kid in the room. Not impressed with the used car side of this dealership. More
