From initial greeting through my departure everyone was pleasant and and smiling which says a great deal about the dealership from an employment perspective, which in turn relates to the buyers experience. They do not pressure, do not surround you with staff, do not pass you off from one individual to another trying to "close the deal". Rather, they listen and accept information and work with you to meet your wants and needs both in a vehicle and in a financial commitment. My direct experience was with Robert Wilkie who was a dream to work with on my lease. He was casual and comfortable to talk to about the vehicle and understood when I didn't need to test drive thanks to having experienced the vehicle with a family member who already acquired one earlier in the year. His sales model is one I empathize with from my days selling Mazda's in NJ and it was refreshing to see the benefit of a comfortable experience is still alive in the auto sales world, self-evident by the number of positive reviews posted on Robert's wall. I'm very happy with my entire experience working with Robert and O'Donnell and would easily recommend them for anyone looking to purchase or lease a new Honda. More

Our sales person, Ken Corker, was top notch, knew the product well and did not pressure us to buy; he just gave us everything we need to know to make the decision. This is one of the few dealerships we have visited that let us do the test drive alone. What a great idea not to have a sales person looking over your back shoulder while you discuss the pro and cons of the vehicle. Our finance person Brian, was also very king, knowledgeable and "non-pressuring." We are more than pleased and will definitely keep O'Donnell on our list for our next purchase. I feel like my "Good Friend Tom O'Donnell" is a real statement. More

I went back to O'Donnell to settle on the right price because the staff didn't harass me about purchasing a car from them, they were enormously helpful, and communicated everything clearly. Ask for Terry I found the dealership on Truecar.com, they had the vehicle I was looking for. I called ahead and spoke to Terry. When I arrived at the dealership, h I found the dealership on Truecar.com, they had the vehicle I was looking for. I called ahead and spoke to Terry. When I arrived at the dealership, he pointed features on the car that other sales people from other dealerships did not. He was a real professional. There was not any haggling back and forth, or any of the "let me go check with my manager. I also came in with an online advertised price from another dealership, he explained to me how it would not be my out the door price, because of all the fees they would tack on afterwards. I called the other dealer to find out, and sure enough he was telling the truth. The price they offered me was even lower than the other dealer. Overall, it was Terry's friendly, easy going, "I want to help you" attitude is what sold me on the deal. If you are in the market for a Honda, I would certainly recommend you go to O'donnell's and ask for Terry. I will certainly return. More
