When I moved to Maryland in 2009, I hadn't received any referral information from my Metro-Detroit Honda dealership. I called my prior salesman in Monroe, Michigan. He wasn't familiar with anyone in Maryla referral information from my Metro-Detroit Honda dealership. I called my prior salesman in Monroe, Michigan. He wasn't familiar with anyone in Maryland. So, I visited several Honda service departments. I was use to a level of service that wasn't consistent with what I encountered at my first two local dealers. I honestly considered just driving back to Michigan for regular service but, was concerned about the unexpected emergency services. Then I had a regular service at O'Donnell Honda. The customer service, fair and honest prices, and best of all a knowledgeable.service coordinator in Steve Larkins made O'Donnell Honda my favorite! I have been a loyal customer for 9 years. I decided to extend my partnership with O'Donnell by purchasing a CRV in 2018. I am a customer for life! They're like family! More

This dealership does not honor their own quotes. I spoke with Mr. Robert Wilkie over the phone and was quoted an OTD price. When asking for a written offer prior to driving 3 hours to purchase the vehicle, Mr. Wilkie refused but insisted that he had "been in this business for 10 years" and that he is always true to his word. I reiterated to him that I was weary of taking off work and driving so far, especially given the COVID situation, only to find out there was a hidden fee or a miscalculation. He again insisted that he was a man of his word. Two days later while on my way to the dealership I got a call from a sales manager claiming that "we don't know where he got that price" and that they could not honor it. The manager repeatedly insisted that he was trying to help me by telling me this. I missed a day of work because of Mr. Wilkie and this dealership's scummy and dishonest tactics. I wonder how many people they've done this to over the last "10 years." More
