I had an excellent experience purchasing a Honda Civic from O'Donnell. Their team, in particular Shayne Wilson with whom I interacted, was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They struck a great ba from O'Donnell. Their team, in particular Shayne Wilson with whom I interacted, was professional, knowledgeable and attentive. They struck a great balance between being interested, responsive and available while not being pushy or aggressive. Furthermore, they were always very transparent about the prices and process. I was never surprised by any extra fees or costs, nor was I ever pressured into purchasing any add-ons, features, coverages etc. Shayne also expressed his ongoing interest in my purchase and availability to answer any questions that might arise, which I appreciate. Unlike so many other dealerships in the area, O'Donnell had inventory! Lol ..the only hard part of this buying process was trying to figure out what I wanted because they had options to choose from! I inquired online and was immediately contacted by ROB JACOBSON the minute that the dealership opened. He not only LISTENED to what I wanted but he communicated accurate numbers from the beginning until I signed the paperwork! This is my 4th Honda from this location and they have made me a loyal customer until the end! Great environment (sales & service) , Amazing customer service (reception, sales, service, finance) - call ROB JACOBSON lol, great deals, & they are honest and realistic!! I'm so happy with my 2025 but I'm still shocked that they made a way for me to get the exact vehicle that I wanted with all the options without me having to sell my body parts, lol. More

Just bought our 9th Honda from Shayne Wilson at O’Donnell. Easy to work with and no nonsense. Actually, less than one-star . .. service department is untrustworthy based on our experience: (1) They recommended a new serpentine belt when one was purchased less than a year ea .. service department is untrustworthy based on our experience: (1) They recommended a new serpentine belt when one was purchased less than a year earlier at the same dealership. (2) They refused to do a wheel alignment despite having made an appointment for one. They'd only do it if we bought 4-new tires for almost $1,000. The tires had plenty of tread left (confirmed later at Coleman Honda who performed the wheel alignment with no problem whatsoever). (3) They gave us a higher price for brake rotors than that offered by other service advisors at this very dealership. Lost our TRUST in O'Donnell Honda Service Department, especially their Service Department Manager (score ZERO). It's almost as if they want to take advantage of seniors. More
