AWESOME Experience!!! My wife, kids and I went in on Saturday to look at a 2010 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible. I had an appointment with Tony at 11:30 and we were met with a sm My wife, kids and I went in on Saturday to look at a 2010 Saab 9-3 Aero convertible. I had an appointment with Tony at 11:30 and we were met with a smile and pleasantness punctually. We walked the car and then he let me and the family test drive. The car was for my wife and she Loved it! When we got back, there was zero pressure from Tony and we ended up meeting Kim as well. Mr. Welch was in house that day and he was also very nice. Tony was great to work with and when it was time to talk numbers, Chris was an absolute professional. We explained our situation and he worked with us unbelievably well. He along with everyone else was so accommodating and pleasurable. Everyone hates buying a car, it is a process. But they made it very smooth and nice. We WILL go back to these guys. My mom and sister stopped by OC Welch, just to see what they had on their lot and they were immediately greeted by Larry, with a friendly smile! The exact car I had been looking for was on their lot and Larry immediately contacted me to handle all of the details. Within a few minutes, I was financed and Larry was in route to bring me the car, over an hour away. The team at OC Welch were very professional and honest in helping me make the right decision. The financing on this truck was discussed on the phone and I was told I would be paying 700.00 a month Sam Elliott was very helpful in this purchase. But when I was in the finance office the payment was set up for 699.59 a month for 84 months. That was dissatisfying. More

this was by far the most awesome experience I've had All I can say is wow. I've been on the market for a mustang gt from the second I first saw them up close. A coworker brought me to oc to look at th All I can say is wow. I've been on the market for a mustang gt from the second I first saw them up close. A coworker brought me to oc to look at there selection. I was impressed by the cars they had in stock lots of special edition cars and even their regular versions had very tastefully selected options. As for the buying experience I was impressed I felt like the entire team from jon, to Larry to Chris really bent over backwards to give me the car I wanted. The test drive experience was the best I've been on, we took a route that had a really good mix of highway, twistes, traffic etc. The drive was also Long enough to really feel the car out. After all that was done they let me keep the car for the weekend. I'm very happy. This was my very first new car, Larry was very understanding and empathetic. Really I'm very happy with the entire experience More
