I have mixed feelings about this review. The sales guy was fantastic. He didn't pressure us and answered all our questions. So the 5 stars are all for him. The finance person, Francis, we specifically said to run our credit ONCE. Well once we got home, I noticed he ran our credit 3 times, I know not that much more but we did not want more than 1 inquiry on our credit report. He confirmed that he ran it once with their "most popular" one (whatever that means). I am highly disappointed and for that reason not sure if I would trust the dealership anymore. More
I've been searching around for a few weeks for a vehicle, but as you know, stock and inventory just aren't there. Within 24 hours he found exactly what I was looking for, had my trade valued, and got me to where I wanted to be price wise. I'm getting a brand new vehicle from the assembly line, I'll get it when I need it, and Boch is going to work with me to make sure that all the add-ons and options that I'm looking for will be ready and installed. I won't call anyone else before I call Tom for my next car. Thank you so much! More
I came in to see the car I had made an appointment for. Unfortunately I was misled. The salesman told me that car was not at Boch Toyota South. Two others that I expressed interest in were Also not at this location. He did get one sent for me to see... But it was too small when I saw it in person. You are not doing customers a service by bringing them in with the intention of seeing a vehicle that is not on site. You had plenty of time to send multiple emails, bit didn't explain that this car was not in house. I wasted my time on my one day off. Not a good way to make a sale or even a future sale. More
Dealership great. Service department is awful. Brand new car bought in august 2021.They stated the AC was already clogged and backed up. Even though a hose was clearly Service department is awful. Brand new car bought in august 2021.They stated the AC was already clogged and backed up. Even though a hose was clearly disconnected and I could see water dripping into my front seat car mat. In 20 years of owning cars. I have never had a clogged AC.Told me issue was environmental and charged 145 for service. Just disappointed that you purchase a car with bummer to bummer coverage and the fine details are left out. I can understand if the repair was my doing, but clearly the AC drain was not connected properly to begin with. More

My main issues are with the unprofessional, careless, rude attitude of the service department. Following a snowstorm, My car began having vibrations when I accelerated. I called Boch and drove it there within 30 minutes, as instructed. When there, I was told to try going through a car wash to fix it. Noone looked at the tires, underneath, asked my name, or checked my VIN. Had any of this been done, they would have realized that my car was due for routine service..which included tire rotation..which means it would be on a lift and anything underneath would be visible. Instead, I was quoted over $100 to put it on a lift & look underneath. If anyone even checked my info, they would see that it was due for routine service anyway. I called the service department the following day, spoke to the same person who I had dealt with when I had gone there. He was rude and although he admitted that he should have looked at the car info and it would have made sense to do the maintenance and check underneath, he became arrogant and when I said this was poor customer service, he let me know how "good" his customer service skills are and basically asked what I expected him to do. He said this an arrogant and extremely unprofessional tone. I let him know that my brand new car, (that I purchased from the dealership that employs him), would not be going there for service. My car has needed routine maintenance twice since then and I work with a dealership with higher standards; one that understands how to treat their customers. Additionally, my car had scratches all over the right side of the main console, which I noticed right away, but didn't follow up on. That's my mistake. I rarely have passengers and I noticed it right away. I remembered that the protective cover on that side wasn't on there when I drove off, the only explanation for this is that it happened at Boch. The only person who had been in that seat was the employee who came in to go over the electronic features with me. He was wearing a jacket with metal buttons which could very well have caused the damage. I didn't expect them to do anything, since I only finally called recently because my new dealership quoted me $1000 to repair it. I am mad at myself for waiting to call and contacted Boch to let them know about it and t make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. It is a good thing I told their receptionist that, although they had my info, I wasn't expecting a call back..because I never got one. Great customer service. More
