My husband was sold a 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD. He was told when purchasing that it did not automatically come with remote start and he would have to purchase an after market remote start product. He was told when purchasing that it did not automatically come with remote start and he would have to purchase an after market remote start product. He inquired as this wasn’t what he’d read, but they continued to state that it didn’t have remote start, so he purchased the after market product for ~$800. He realized after every attempt at trying to use the remote start feature, the after market product didn’t work. He later inquired with other dealers as well as Toyota corporate and they confirmed that the vehicle in fact DID have remote start as is and that the after market product was inhibiting the feature. After several weeks of reaching out to Boch South, they agreed to take the car in and remove the after market remote start. They advised they’d be in touch about his refund (which mind you has been accruing interest). After MONTHS of reaching out to Boch to no avail, we made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This was two weeks ago. Still zip from Boch. Never ever purchase a vehicle from Boch - take your money elsewhere. More

Patrick did a wonderful job explaining all the facts & details to us. The car only had 1 key, so they charged us for another. The financial office made an error on our paperwork and we had to return for details to us. The car only had 1 key, so they charged us for another. Overall, this was a good experience. I knew that this was the worst possible time to buy a car, there were some unnecessary added stressors with the customer service, but the finance dep I knew that this was the worst possible time to buy a car, there were some unnecessary added stressors with the customer service, but the finance department was very nice and helpful and the car ended up coming 2 months early.
