Awful. Got xxxxed up the xxx to the left by jose Rosario. xxxxing xxxxxxx. He was so nice but deceptive and persuasive. Was only my second car I'm 24 but i got way over charged with a car with wayy to much mileage for the price. I should have done more research going I but still. It had a broken blinker nob that had to be replaced. They handed me one key asked for the second they said there isn't kne asked the past owner and never heard back from the dealership told me I'd have to for it for a car with 54,400 miles after close was 24,000 for a kia forge. Only after I had it longer I realized to there was leakage and moisture getting into the rear light. They sold it to me like that and it also very scratched up. I have found the same forte with same mileage or less for several thousand less. I wknt ever go here again and will be way more cautious next rime with these xxxxers. Even when I brought the car back under warranty of course they tell me the moisture getting into the back light they wknt cover and will cost 500$ to fix for a xxxxing car I got xxxxed for. Awful place and terrible customer service. More

My husband was sold a 2022 Toyota Tacoma TRD. He was told when purchasing that it did not automatically come with remote start and he would have to purchase an after market remote start product. He was told when purchasing that it did not automatically come with remote start and he would have to purchase an after market remote start product. He inquired as this wasn’t what he’d read, but they continued to state that it didn’t have remote start, so he purchased the after market product for ~$800. He realized after every attempt at trying to use the remote start feature, the after market product didn’t work. He later inquired with other dealers as well as Toyota corporate and they confirmed that the vehicle in fact DID have remote start as is and that the after market product was inhibiting the feature. After several weeks of reaching out to Boch South, they agreed to take the car in and remove the after market remote start. They advised they’d be in touch about his refund (which mind you has been accruing interest). After MONTHS of reaching out to Boch to no avail, we made a complaint to the Better Business Bureau. This was two weeks ago. Still zip from Boch. Never ever purchase a vehicle from Boch - take your money elsewhere. More
