I was very diapointed, I have been gettng my car serviced since 2015 at Boch. I went in yesterday I got a coupon in April for 39.99 oil change. Told the man I couldn't come because first of all there is a Pa since 2015 at Boch. I went in yesterday I got a coupon in April for 39.99 oil change. Told the man I couldn't come because first of all there is a Pandemic, I live in RI, plus I am over 60 years old. He told me the coupon had expired in April, then he said well we were open. He wouldn't honor the coupon he gave me 20% off instead. $39.99 would have made my bill cheaper. Guess I know where I stand. Bought car new in 2015, it is 2016 I have had all my service done at Boch. They are not trustworthy. My last two visits were not pleasant. They fabricated a suspension issue and made it appear I reported an issue. I had no known suspension issue and did not report any.
