I can’t recommend Pedro highly enough as a sales person. Very personable, honest, and to the point. As someone who’s not familiar with cars, makes you feel confidant in your purchase. While they did a great job on the oil change because of the special, it's supposed to be a synthetic oil change that covers me for 10,000 miles, while I was under the two year free maintenance, I would get the special, it's supposed to be a synthetic oil change that covers me for 10,000 miles, while I was under the two year free maintenance, I would get a sticker that says not due for another 10,000 miles. Now that I have to pay for oil change ( which I caught a special for) the sticker says due in 5,000 miles. Really the same oil change I always got. Of course I was also told I need to do a bunch of stuff that adds up to $500. I declined all that stuff as it can all be done for a very very very very I mean very small fraction of what they would charge. Come to find out they didn't even recommend I change the air filter when that's super dirty and I changed it myself for $16 part anyways. But they want me to pay $99 for PcV valve that costs less than $10 OEM. What's wrong with my PVC exactly? And why do I have to pay you guys almost $100 for something that takes 15 mins and it costs $6-$9 dollars? I have reasons to believe they snap the wires that go to my Vacuum switching Valve(VSV). They did fix the VSV once I pointed it out but the technician seemed skeptical. Just because you guys lie all the time doesn't mean everyone else makes a living by lying too. More
