We felt that the dealership was very customer friendly, service oriented, and most importantly transparent and honest. We had not planned on financing through Toyota but decided to after dealing with the finance manager Charles Ronga. Mr. Ronga was professional and helpful and presented us with financing terms that were comparable to what we were expecting to get elsewhere, but simplified the process allowing us to be able to drive away in our new truck that day. This was very helpful considering we live 50 minutes away from the dealership. Our only complaint about the process was to do with the communication between the online sales team from the dealership, which we had created the P&S with, and the actual floor sales team. The actual dealership did not seem to have any record of our appointment, and therefor was not expecting us when we arrived. This added some confusion and time to the process. The experience as a whole was excellent and we never felt pressured at any point in the sale. Our thanks to Benjamin Overton, Charles Tonga, and all of the friendly and courteous staff at Boch Toyota South. We would definitely recommend this dealership to friends and family. More

Having been to 3 other Toyota Dealers in MA in the past two months, I was pleasantly surprised with Boch. They were not pushy, very friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Friendliness, courtesy to my situation, product knowledge, work ethic, integrity, customer focus, all of the before mentioned were exceptional traits at this dealership. From the salesperson, to the sales manager, to the financial group to the service department setting up my first service appointment before I left the day I picked up my new truck, all departments are exceptional & I would highly recommend Boch Toyota South as a destination when shopping for a new or used car. My experience at Boch Toyota south was excellent. From the time I recieved an e-mail with an internet price on a new Camry to the time I signed all the papers, every one I dealt with was great. The sales people were all willing to work with me to get the payments where I felt comfortable with and wanted. I ended up with an excellent price for the Camry and for my trade in. They all made a great effort to get me the car at a price I wanted and could afford. The lot has had many choices ( been there twice) on the car you want with the options you want. I choosed Boch because of the service that some one I knew that had bought a car there a few years ago. I experienced the same great service as they did, so I would have to say that they continue to offer great service. I would strongly recommend buying a car from them. More

Attempted to pass off another vehicle as the vehicle that we had agreed on. Then still gave me an inferior vehicle and stated that they would "make it up to me". They never did.
