Mr. Giguere is a very good salesperson. I've visited a Honda and Jetta dealership, both sales people there weren't as good. The only frustration I had was that the dealer would not take my DCU loan check; which made the finance experience too drawn out. It took all day to wrap up the finances. I was very skeptical about the hybrid, not knowing alot about how they operated, Rene took the time to explain how the car functioned and disproved any negative rumors I had heard about hybrids. Rene did all of this with the utmost professionalism and was genuinely happy doing it. I left the dealership with a new vehicle that I had a much better understanding of, from a salesperson that truly enjoys his job.
