This is the second car that i have purchased in 2yrs and the experience has been exceptional. This is my second experiene with Rene and my first with Daniel the finance person and I would highly recommend t the experience has been exceptional. I went into the dealership with a vehicle that I had to trade in knowing I was upside down on my current car. Jim was upfront and professional throughout the process. When we got there Mark introduced him and was very polite. Mark then asked if we knew what we were looking for. After looking at Ira toyota and Boch South to compare the best deal, I was very disappointed in Boch South. I went in inquiring about one car and the car they brought out was a completely different one (more best deal, I was very disappointed in Boch South. I went in inquiring about one car and the car they brought out was a completely different one (more upgrades, much nicer). They said it was the same price. Of course I fell in love (no doubt, that was their plan and I fell for their trick). Well when it came down to financing and final numbers, the car no longer was the same price as the car I originally came to look at. Now 2.5 hours later, they bring the original car out, which no longer looks as appealing in comparison. They convince me they will give me a better deal than Ira. I'm irritated that it's now getting late but agree to the test drive (second one of the night- Why couldn't they bring this car I wanted in the first place!) Again when it comes down to the final number, they couldn't compete with Ira. To top it off, they have the nerve to tell me there is no way Ira offered me this deal and that I must be lying! Give Ira your business not Boch South! More

I had purchased a vehicle from this dealership previously, and all service and maintenance was performed at this dealership on that particular car, a Corolla. That car was recently totaled in an accident, and I found myself looking for a new car again. I visited other dealerships first, since I felt very familiar with Boch Toyota South and was interested to compare to other places. After feeling pressured at several other places, I returned to Boch where I was met by Josh Hebert. The rest is pleasant history. Josh treated me with respect (As a woman, that had not always been my experience in other car dealerships). He seemed to quickly recognize my concerns for safety, after having had a recent serious car accident, and he was VERY thorough in researching and explaining the safety features that Toyota could offer me. His recommendation that I consider a Camry felt right. His manager, Ben Overton, met with me and expanded on Toyota's passive and active safety features, along with offering me some comparison sheets which discussed the Camry's features compared to other vehicles I had looked at elsewhere. I was satisfied that they understood what I wanted. Because of the insurance restrictions in dealing with the aftermath of my accident, I could not pick up the new car for a week. Josh called daily and updated me on the progress in preparing my new vehicle. Another manager, Tom McComb became involved when I arrived to pick up the new car, reviewing all details once more to be sure all my questions were answered. The entire experience left me feeling informed, confident, and appreciative of the consistent personal service offered at Boch Toyota South throughout the entire process of buying a new car. More
I am new to the new car buying experience and a bit nervous about the process. My old car was bought used, and I had never had the pleasure of owning a new vehicle. I had seen an ad in the Providence Journal re: the sale of the Toyota Rav-4 that caught my attention. I called Boch to set up a test drive and meet with David, my salesman. Everyone greeted me very pleasantly, and was attentive and courteous. I test drove the car and loved it! We proceeded into the show room for the sale. Again, everyone was so helpful. I decided on a lease of the 2011 Rav-4 and completed the sales agreement that day. I look forward to a long and happy drive with my new car. More
